The sign in code did not arrive

Check spam first. Codes last 15 minutes, and you can request another once a minute. The same email contains a link that works in any browser.

I cannot find where to set a password

There is not one. dmrabbit signs you in with a code or a link sent to your email, or with Google.

I paid and my plan has not changed

The plan changes when the payment provider confirms it, which is usually seconds. The page updates by itself. If it has not after a few minutes, the payment probably did not complete - check for a message from your bank.

I cannot change my billing cycle

UPI, e-mandate and Indian domestic card subscriptions cannot be changed once active. Cancel and subscribe again once the current period ends. See Changing your plan.

My analytics is empty

Instagram does not provide analytics for accounts under 100 followers. Your dmrabbit numbers still work. See Analytics.

My bio page disappeared

If your plan changed, pages over the new allowance go inactive and are deleted after 72 hours, releasing the handle. Restoring the plan within that window brings them back. See Publishing, limits and the 72 hour rule.

My article lost its formatting

Formatting outside the supported set is removed when you save, which usually happens when pasting from Word or Google Docs. Re-apply it with the editor toolbar.

Open a ticket from Support. Include what you expected, what happened, and any message you were shown, copied exactly.
