"The messaging window has closed"

Instagram only allows a direct message within 24 hours of that person's last message to you. After that it refuses, for automations and for messages you type alike.

It cannot be reopened from your side. Only a new message from them starts the clock again. This is Instagram's rule and no plan changes it.

"Only one private reply per comment"

Instagram allows exactly one DM in answer to any given comment. If an automation already sent one, that is used up. Reply publicly instead, or wait for them to message you.

Everything stopped at once

Almost always your Instagram connection. Instagram revokes access if you remove dmrabbit, change your password or account type, or if it runs a security check. You are emailed when this happens, and reconnecting restores everything. See Staying connected.

Instagram will not connect

1. A permission was switched off on Instagram's screen. All four are required. This is the most common cause by a wide margin.
2. Not a professional account. Business or Creator is required.
3. Already connected elsewhere. An Instagram account can only be linked to one dmrabbit account.
4. You already have an account connected. Disconnect it first.

An error in a language I cannot read

Instagram sends some errors in the language of the account rather than yours. The common ones are translated for you; if you see an untranslated one, quote it in a support ticket.
