Delete your data

You can delete your dmrabbit account and everything in it at any time, yourself, without asking us. This page explains how, what gets removed, and what to do if you cannot sign in.

1. Delete your account

Sign in and go to Settings, then Security, and use Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

2. What is removed

Deleting your account removes:

• your name, email address and sign-in details;
• your connected Instagram account and our access to it;
• every automation you built, and the record of what they sent;
• your inbox history in dmrabbit;
• your bio pages, their posts and the images you uploaded to them;
• your support conversations with us;
• every device signed in to your account.

If you are on a paid plan, your subscription is cancelled as part of the same step, so you are not billed again.

3. What we keep, and why

We keep a record of payments you made for 8 years, because Indian tax and accounting rules require it. That record is no longer connected to you: your name, email address and account are gone from it.

We also keep a short entry in our security and operations logs, for 12 months, noting that an account was deleted and when. This is what lets us answer questions about our own service later and detect abuse; it is not used to contact you or to rebuild your account.

4. Disconnecting Instagram without deleting your account

If you only want us to stop using your Instagram account, you do not need to delete anything else. Disconnect it from Settings in dmrabbit, or remove dmrabbit from the Apps and websites section of your Instagram settings. Either one ends our access immediately. Your automations stay in your account, switched off, in case you reconnect.

5. If you cannot sign in

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request comes from you before we act on it, and we will confirm by email once it is done.
