Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026

This policy sets out what you may not do with dmrabbit. It forms part of our Terms of Service, and it exists for a practical reason as much as a legal one: dmrabbit sends messages through Instagram under a shared application, so one account behaving badly can get messaging restricted for everyone using the service.

1. Your account and your content

  • You may only connect an Instagram account you own or are authorised to manage.
  • You are responsible for every message your automations send, exactly as if you typed it.
  • You may not impersonate another person, business or organisation, on your bio page or in the messages you send.

2. Messaging

These are the rules that protect every other customer on the platform.

  • No unsolicited messaging. dmrabbit only replies to people who contacted you first. Do not attempt to use it to start conversations with people who have not.
  • No deceptive replies. Do not send messages that misrepresent who you are, what you are offering, or what happens when someone responds.
  • No harassment. Do not use automations to repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop, or to target an individual.
  • No misleading follow requirements. If you use the follow gate, the thing you promise in return must actually be delivered.

3. Content

You may not use dmrabbit to distribute or link to:

  • Content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or ours.
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits a child. This is reported.
  • Content that incites violence or hatred against a person or group, including on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation.
  • Malware, phishing pages, or links designed to deceive the person who clicks them.
  • Content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark.
  • Fraudulent offers, fake giveaways, or schemes that depend on recruiting other people.

4. The service itself

  • Do not attempt to access another customer's account or data.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, quotas or rate limits, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain more free usage than one account allows.
  • Do not scan, probe or test our systems without written permission.
  • Do not resell dmrabbit as your own service without a written agreement.

5. Third-party rules apply too

Using dmrabbit does not exempt you from Instagram's own Terms of Use, Community Guidelines and Platform Policy. Where their rules are stricter than ours, theirs apply. Losing access to Instagram is not a failure of dmrabbit and is not grounds for a refund.

6. Referral programme

Referral earnings must come from genuine referrals. Referring yourself, creating accounts to refer, or advertising in a way that misrepresents dmrabbit will void the earnings involved.

7. What happens if you break this policy

Depending on what happened, we may contact you, disable a bio page, suspend automations, or close your account. Where the conduct is serious, ongoing, or puts other customers at risk, we will act without notice. No refund is given for an account closed under this policy - see our Refunds and Cancellation policy.

8. Reporting

To report a bio page or an account misusing dmrabbit, write to [email protected] with the page address or username and what you saw.
