# dmrabbit

> Automate Instagram comment replies and DMs. Set your rules once and let them run.

dmrabbit is a SaaS for automating Instagram engagement. When someone comments
on a connected professional account's post or reel (or sends a DM), dmrabbit
catches it via webhook and runs the customer's rules - auto-replying in the
comment thread, sending a private-reply DM, and/or replying to DMs. It uses the
official Instagram API with Instagram Login (no Facebook Page required).

## Features
- Automations on five triggers: a comment on a post or reel, a comment during a live
  broadcast, a direct message, a reply to a story, and an @mention in someone's story.
- Keyword matching (any, contains, or exact) scoped to all posts or to specific ones.
- An optional follow gate: ask the person to follow before the reply is delivered.
- Unified inbox for comments and DMs, with manual human replies.
- Comment moderation: hide, unhide or delete a comment from the inbox.
- Automatic moderation (paid plans): incoming comments on posts and lives are checked
  against a built-in wordlist the customer can edit, and anything matching is hidden
  before any automation replies to it. Hiding makes a comment invisible to everyone
  except its author, who is not notified; nothing is deleted.
- Contacts: one record per person who has interacted, with the option to stop
  automations replying to someone.
- Analytics on reach, engagement, and audience.
- Bio pages (link-in-bio) with posts, links, and short articles.

Visitors in India are billed in INR and everyone else in USD. The INR price is set on its
