These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dmrabbit (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

dmrabbit lets you automate engagement on Instagram professional accounts — for example, replying to comments and sending direct messages based on rules you define. The Service connects to Instagram through Meta's official APIs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or anything deceptive or misleading.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Violate Instagram's or Meta's terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram Platform Policy.
• Break any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for the content of the automated messages and replies you configure. Misuse may result in Instagram restricting your account — which is outside our control.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on Instagram and Meta APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Those platforms may change or restrict their APIs at any time, which can affect the Service. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.

5. Plans and payment

Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are presented at sign-up or in your dashboard. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automations will always run without interruption, error, or delay, or that Instagram will deliver every message.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dmrabbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service, including actions taken by Instagram or Meta against your account.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
