Both plans carry one Instagram account and one bio page. That is how dmrabbit is built rather than a limit to pay past, so no plan sells more of either. Instagram's own limits, such as the 24 hour messaging window, apply on every plan and cannot be lifted by upgrading. Read about limits.
The things worth asking first.
- Can this get my account restricted?
- dmrabbit works through Instagram's official API, under the same Instagram Login every approved app uses. It can only do what Instagram permits an app to do, at the rate Instagram permits it, and it is never logged in as you.
- Do you read my messages?
- Instagram sends us the comment or message so your rule can be matched against it, and we keep the conversation so your inbox has the history. It is never sold, and disconnecting your account removes it.
- Will people know a reply was automatic?
- The reply goes out in your account's name, so it reads like you. In your own inbox every message is labelled with who sent it, you or dmrabbit, so you always know which is which.
- Do I have to be online for it to work?
- No. It runs on our servers. Your phone can be off, and a comment at three in the morning is still answered at three in the morning.
- Which Instagram accounts work with it?
- Professional accounts, business or creator. A personal account can be switched to one inside Instagram, for free, in about a minute.
- How do I stop it?
- Turn off a rule, or disconnect the account. You can also revoke dmrabbit from inside Instagram itself, and either way it stops replying immediately.
