Refunds & Cancellation

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for dmrabbit paid subscriptions. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to it.
1. Free plan is the trial
dmrabbit offers a Free plan with no time limit. We encourage you to use it to evaluate the Service before subscribing to a paid plan. Because the Free plan lets you try the product at no cost, paid subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Prepaid, recurring billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or annually, depending on the cycle you choose.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you change or cancel it.
- Prices are shown in your billing currency (INR for India, USD elsewhere) before you pay.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrades take effect immediately. You're charged only the prorated difference for the remainder of the current period; your billing date is unchanged.
- Downgrades (including switching to a cheaper plan, monthly⇄annual, or moving to the Free plan) take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current plan and its features until then, and you are not charged again for the downgraded plan until the next renewal.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing by switching to the Free plan. Your paid features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We do not delete your data when you move to Free — usage beyond Free-plan limits is simply paused.
5. No refunds
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features not used. When you cancel, you retain access for the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is issued. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it for a short period. If it continues to fail, your account is moved to the Free plan; no service is provided for a period that has not been paid for.
7. Exceptions
The only exceptions are where a refund is required by applicable law, or in the case of a duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a billing error on our side. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we'll investigate.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, communicated to active subscribers.
