You are a customer and need help
Open a ticket from your dashboard. It arrives with your account and plan already attached, so the first reply can actually answer you. An assistant replies immediately and a person replies within one hour.

Privacy and your data
Requests to access, correct or delete your data, and questions about how it is handled. You can also export or delete everything yourself from Settings.

Before you write
Most questions are answered in the documentation, and if something has stopped working the troubleshooting pages list the causes in the order they usually turn out to be. It is quicker than waiting for us.
