Changing your plan

Upgrades apply now, downgrades apply at the end of what you have paid for.

You can change plan whenever you like from Settings.

ChangeWhen it happens
UpgradeImmediately. You pay the difference for the rest of the period.
Monthly to yearlyImmediately, treated as an upgrade.
DowngradeAt the end of the period you have paid for.
Yearly to monthlyAt the end of the paid period.
CancellingAt the end of the paid period.

You keep what you paid for

A downgrade never takes anything away in the middle of a period you have already paid for. A scheduled change is shown in Settings and can be undone before it takes effect.

Before you downgrade, check your bio pages

Bio pages over your new plan's allowance go inactive and are deleted 72 hours later, releasing the handle. See Publishing, limits and the 72 hour rule.

Some payment methods cannot change an active subscription

If you pay by UPI, e-mandate or an Indian domestic card, your bank's rules do not allow an existing subscription to be changed. dmrabbit cannot work around this.

To move to a different plan or billing cycle, cancel your current plan and subscribe again once it ends. You keep everything until then.

If a payment fails

Your subscription is marked past due and you will see it in Settings. Payment is retried; update your payment method there if it keeps failing.

Refunds

There are no refunds. The Free plan exists so you can try everything first. Our refunds page has the full policy.
