What counts against your plan

Two things are counted each month. Everything else is either unlimited or counted as it stands.

Comment replies

Public replies posted under a comment. Used by:

• An automation's public reply
• A public reply you type in the inbox

Messages

Anything sent as a direct message. Used by:

• An automation's DM
• A follow gate request
• A DM you type in the inbox
• Replies to story replies and story mentions

Two things that surprise people

• Messages you type yourself count. The allowance is about what leaves your account, not about what was automated.
• Follow gate requests count. Running out of messages stops your gates opening, not just your replies.

Counted, but not monthly

Instagram accounts, bio pages and automations are limits on how many you have at once, not monthly allowances. They do not reset. Unfinished automation drafts count towards the automation limit.

Contacts are unlimited

On every plan, however many people interact with you.
