How long data is kept
The actual retention periods, and what triggers each one.

These are enforced, not just stated
A job runs daily and deletes what is past its period. They are not aspirations.
The 90 day clock starts at disconnection
While your Instagram account is connected, your conversations and contacts are kept. The clock only starts when you disconnect, and reconnecting inside the window brings everything back. See Disconnecting and reconnecting.
Deleting your account
Removes your data immediately rather than waiting for any of the above, apart from the payment records that must be kept. See Deleting your account.
