Deleting your account

You can delete your dmrabbit account from Settings. It cannot be undone.

How

You confirm by typing your email address exactly. Nothing else will do, which is deliberate for something this final.

What is deleted

• Your account and how you sign in
• Your Instagram connection
• Your automations and their history
• Your conversations and contacts
• Your bio pages, and their handles become available to others

What is kept, and why

Records of payments are kept, because tax law requires it. They are detached from you in the process, so what remains is a payment record rather than a record about a person.

A short operational note that the deletion happened is kept for 12 months.

Before you delete

Cancel any active subscription first, and export your data if you want a copy.

If you only want to stop the automations

Disconnecting Instagram stops everything without deleting anything, and it is reversible. See Disconnecting and reconnecting.
