Exporting your data

You can download a complete copy of your data from Settings at any time, as a single file.

What is in it

Your account details, your Instagram connection, your automations and their history, your conversations, your contacts, your bio pages and their content, your billing records, and your support tickets.

What is deliberately not in it

Nothing that could be used to sign in as you: no access tokens and no session information. This is deliberate. An export is a file that gets emailed around and left in downloads folders, and it should not be a key to your account.

Your conversations are included

The messages people sent you are part of your records, so they are in the export.

How often

Up to three times a day.
