What dmrabbit does not do

Knowing what a tool will not do is worth as much as knowing what it will. Everything below is deliberate.

Account and content

• No posting, scheduling or editing. dmrabbit never creates or changes your content.
• No second Instagram account. One account per dmrabbit account, on every plan. It is not capacity you can buy.
• No messaging people who have not contacted you. Instagram does not allow it, and neither does dmrabbit.

Automations

• Only one automation answers any given comment or message. If several match, the most specific one wins and the others are recorded as skipped.
• No replying outside Instagram's limits. A DM must be within 24 hours of their last message, and a comment gets one private reply. Upgrading does not change either.
• No automations on live video comments. This needs a permission Instagram has not granted us.

Account access

• No password. You sign in with a code sent to your email, a link in the same email, or with Google. There is nothing to forget and nothing to reset.
• No currency selection. Prices are shown in the currency for your country.
• No theme switch. dmrabbit follows whatever your device is set to.

Money

• No refunds. The Free plan exists so you can try everything before paying. Our full policy is on the refunds page.
